| Energy Solutions were one of the first Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) providers. We started providing EPCs in 2007 at the beginning of the new legislation. The company now provides Domestic and Commercial EPCs for individuals, Estate Agents, private investors and Government Trusts. |

| In providing the EPC we ensure we are professional, transparent and friendly. We understand that customers require EPCs quickly and at a competetive rate. We feel we provide that service, whilst also being courteous, friendly and mindful of people’s property. |

| We like to keep our customers aware of what is happening with their EPC, when the EPC will be produced and when to expect the results. Also, as part of this information sharing, we provide a copy of the EPC to all parties so they have it to hand. |
